About Us
Our mission statement: "Our purpose is to make an impact for the Kingdom of God as Christians. We are a caring congregation and live in obedience to God's will as revealed in the Bible. We seek to grow by helping others become devoted followers of Christ."

We are a friendly, small congregation, who worships every Sunday at 10:00 am, and who reaches out to the community throughout the week. We hope you'll come and worship with us, and we hope you'll join us as we support local and international ministries like the Christian Service Center, Family Promise of Baldwin County, the Presbyterian Home for Children, Secret Meals for Hungry Children, The Christian Medical Institute of Kasai,
 and more.

How to Join
We are thankful that God has brought you our way and excited that you want to be a member of our community of faith.  To start the membership process, contact the pastor, Kim Vanbrimmer, at 981-4220. In the meantime, get involved! There's a place for you!

In Jesus Christ, God calls people to faith and to membership in the Church, the body of Christ.
Membership in the Church of Jesus Christ is a joy and a privilege. It is also a commitment to participate in Christ's mission. We bear witness to God's love and grace and we promise to be involved responsibly in the ministry of Christ's church.

Persons may enter into active church membership in the following ways:
  • by profession of faith,
  • reaffirmation of faith in Jesus Christ,
  • or transfer of certificate from some other church.

Profession of Faith is for:
  • A person who has been baptized but has never formally made a profession of faith or joined the church and is now ready to accept their responsibility in the life of the church.
  • A person who has not been baptized or ever been a member of a church and is now ready to profess their faith, be baptized, and accept their responsibility in the life of the church.

Reaffirmation of Faith is for a person who has previously made a profession of faith, been baptized and been an active member of a church but they are not able to secure a transfer of membership. These persons shall reaffirm publicly their profession of faith and their acceptance of responsibility in the life of the church.

Certificate of Transfer is for a person who has made a profession of faith, been baptized and has been received into membership of another church. The Clerk of Session will contact  the church and request a transfer of membership certificate.
